In most cases, any additional costs that may arise are typically handling fees charged by the local carrier, such as Swiss postal services or similar delivery companies, which are paid directly to the carrier if applicable.
Products are manufactured on demand through an international network of production facilities.
- For Europe, shipments are primarily handled from facilities located in Spain.
- For the Americas, shipments are primarily handled from facilities located in the United States.
This allows us to reduce delivery times and optimize logistics for each region.
This may be due to two common factors: variations in color tone depending on the textile suppliers used in the print-on-demand system, and differences in lighting and screen settings when viewing the photos. These minor variations are common in on-demand textile production and do not affect the quality of the product.
Payments are processed through secure, certified platforms. The store does not have access to or store your banking information at any time.
Currently, production in Peru is not feasible for two main reasons: The on-demand production model requires specific industrial infrastructure that is not yet available locally. Current logistics and operating costs would make the product much more expensive for the end customer. That said, our medium- and long-term goal is to establish production facilities closer to the region if conditions permit.
There may be slight variations between the image and the actual product due to several factors: the calibration and settings of each screen (colors, brightness, contrast); lighting conditions during product photography; and normal production variations between batches and textile suppliers. These differences are common in made-to-order textile products and do not affect the quality of the item.
