📦 Shipping Policy

  1. Delivery area
    Products offered on Causa are delivered in Switzerland, the USA, Canada, Peru, the United Kingdom, and the following European Union countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, Italy, the Netherlands, and Sweden.

  2. Processing and shipping times
    Orders are generally processed within 48 business hours after payment confirmation.
    A confirmation email is sent to the customer once the order has been validated and prepared.

  3. Delivery times
    Delivery times may vary depending on the product and the supplier.
    As a general guideline, most orders are received within 2 to 6 business days from the date of shipment.
    Causa cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier or exceptional circumstances.

  4. Shipping fees
    Shipping is free for all orders, with no minimum purchase required, except in Peru, where a contribution of 10 soles is requested.

  5. Order tracking
    A tracking number may be provided to the customer when available, depending on the shipping method chosen by the supplier.

  6. Multiple shipments
    Some items may be shipped separately if they come from different suppliers or warehouses.
    This does not incur any additional cost for the customer.
